The Canada Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Canada Institute for North American Issues launched a new publication series called One Issue, Two Voices in the fall of 2004. This series contributes to the dialogue on policy issues relevant to the bilateral Canada-United States relationship by presenting a U.S. and a Canadian perspective on the topic at hand. The essays are directed at non-technical, policy-oriented decision makers in government, business, and academia.
